Please use the email for the primary contact on your child’s Skyward account as your login ID to allow the system to link you automatically.
- As a security precaution, EZRouting will confirm the contact information before allowing you to set up your parent portal.
- If you don’t have an email on your Skyward account, please use the primary contact phone number as your login id.

What is a parent portal?
The parent portal is your access into your student transportation account. By creating an account, you will be able to login and view your students planned routing details. This information will be populated when details are finalized.
Will a physical letter be sent confirming my student’s bus routing information?
Letters will not be mailed. An email with bus routing information will come from transportationrouting@phm.k12.in.us or info@ezrouting.com. You might have to check your spam folder. See below for more information.
How do I find my student’s routing information?
There will be two ways for you to get your student’s bus route information.
1 - An email will be sent to the primary guardian email address when the information is finalized.
2- Log into your parent portal and view your student’s bus route information.
The parent portal will be populated when routing details are finalized.
Does this change Here Comes the Bus?
No, Here Comes the Bus will function the same.
I changed schools or moved, I have a new email address - can I update any of my information in EZRouting?
- No, please contact your student’s school so they can confirm your details.
- If a student is supposed to be a bus rider but did not receive an email,:

If still no email, contact the child's school. (Child’s school needs to confirm address / enrollment). Do not contact Transportation Directly

Can the Secondary Guardian use EZRouting?
Yes, as long as the Secondary Guardian uses the email address that is in Skyward, they can use that email address to access EZ Routing.

The safe transportation of students to and from school is a shared responsibility between the Transportation Department, the bus operator, the parents, and the students. We are committed to providing safe vehicles and qualified drivers, along with school bus safety education to students and parents.
School bus safety also depends on student behavior. We encourage parents to take time to review these important safety tips and guidelines with their children. With your support and cooperation the Transportation Department can ensure a safe and enjoyable year for all bus riders.
Did you know? Indiana State Police conducts annual inspections of all districts’ school buses before the start of each school year to ensure they meet operational and safety standards and are ready for service!
